UK Customers: All customers within the United Kingdom are eligible for returns under our policy.
Worldwide Customers: Customers outside the UK are also eligible for returns, provided they adhere to the conditions outlined below.

Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, undamaged and if any, all tags attached. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the rejection of the return.
Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested beyond this period may not be accepted.
Exclusions: Please note that certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% of the total cost of the item will apply. This is for us to readvertise the sale of the product or the return of the product to the manufacturer

Packaging: For the safe return of your item(s), please ensure they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Whenever possible, utilize the original packaging.
Return Address: Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with the appropriate return address for shipping the item(s) back to us.
Tracking: For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Spasm Products cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Process

Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item(s), our team will carefully inspect them to verify that they meet our return conditions.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please be aware that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Should the original payment method be unavailable, store credit may be provided as an alternative.
Partial Refunds: In certain instances where the returned item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing components, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
